Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy — This page explains our shipping times, how to request returns, and refund processing for BuyAnabolicGear.com.

1. Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 24–72 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping regions: We ship to EU / EEA countries, the United Kingdom, and selected international destinations (availability shown at checkout).

Tracking details are provided once your order ships. For discretion some domestic EU shipments may use low-profile courier tracking.

Discreet packaging: Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. No product names or branding are visible on the parcel.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request a cancellation or change within 2 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled or modified.

To request a cancellation: email including your order number.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility — due to product safety and hygiene we only accept returns under specific conditions:

  • Accepted: Wrong item received; damaged or defective on arrival; package confirmed lost by courier.
  • Not accepted: Opened or used items; changed mind after delivery; incorrect choice of dosage/strength by customer; purchases from third-party resellers.

Step 1 — Contact Support

Email sales@buyanabolicgear.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos or video if the item is damaged.

Step 2 — Await Approval

Our support team will review your request and send return instructions if approved.

Step 3 — Return Item

Return the product unused, sealed, and in its original packaging following the provided instructions. Customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours.

Step 4 — Replacement or Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we’ll confirm replacement or refund according to the outcome.

Exchanges: We only exchange items that are defective or incorrect. Include “Exchange Request” in your email.

4. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds generally take 5–14 business days to reflect depending on the provider.

Crypto refunds: For crypto payments we refund the original transaction value in the currency of purchase, minus network fees. We do not refund losses due to market price movements.

Processing note: Refund processing times depend on banks and payment providers; BuyAnabolicGear will submit refunds promptly once approval is granted.

5. Lost, Delayed or Seized Packages

If your package has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the order date. We will open an investigation with the courier and update you with findings.

If confirmed lost we will either reship once at no additional cost or issue a full refund depending on stock and your preference.

Customs seizures: Customers are responsible for understanding local import laws. If customs seizes a package, provide official evidence and we will offer one discounted reship or a partial refund at our discretion.

6. Product Authenticity & Safety

All products sold by BuyAnabolicGear are sourced from verified manufacturers and batch-tested. We never resell opened or returned items for safety reasons.
